Harper connects patients with independent pharmacists across the US making it easy to book consultations, manage care, and stay in touch with the people who know them best. We were engaged to design their go-to-market product from the ground up: scoping the MVP, establishing the visual language, and designing both sides of the platform the pharmacist and the patient ready for development.

For practices with more than one pharmacist on staff, we designed a team view that shows who's active, what they're covering, and how they're set up simple enough to stay out of the way.

Onboarding sets the tone. We designed a login and sign-up flow that gets pharmacists into the product quickly, with a settings layer that handles the operational configuration without friction.

From the patient side, the experience needed to feel effortless. We mapped the full booking flow end to end find a pharmacist, pick a service, choose a time, confirm and designed for clarity at every step, removing friction wherever it existed.
